# Update

One entry in a changelog. The `label` (usually a date or version) sits in a column on the left, with the `description` and `tags` under it, and the entry's content on the right. On narrow screens the two stack.

Each label is a link to its own entry, so a changelog entry can be shared directly. Two entries with the same label get distinct links (`#2026-08-01`, `#2026-08-01-2`).

When any `Update` on a page has `tags`, a row of tag buttons appears above the first one. Clicking a tag shows only the entries that have it; clicking it again, or **All**, shows everything.
